Brandon Lenhart - Head Men's Coach Comes to McCook Community College from William Penn University, where he spent six years as the assistant coach. During his time at William Penn the team was highly successful, helping lead the team to back to back conference titles, the first time in the programs history. Lenhart, helped guide William Penn to four conference championship appearances, and helped in claiming the conference tournament championship this past year. The team advanced to the NAIA Division II Men's Basketball National Tournament, the first postseason appearance for the program since 1983. The teams at William Penn were not only successful on the court producing 13 All Conference performers and 5 All-Americans, but they produced 30 Academic All-Conference Players and 10 Daktronics-NAIA Scholar Athletes, during Lenhart’s time as an assistant. Coach Lenhart started his college basketball career at John Wood Community College in Quincy, Illinois from 1997-1999, and then moved on to play at William Penn University from 1999-2001 where he was team captain and earned Academic All-Conference Honors as a Senior. Receiving his bachelor’s degree in Physical Education Teaching (K-12) from William Penn University in the Fall of 2001, Lenhart then moved on and completed his master’s degree in Physical Education, Recreation, and Health from Emporia State University in the summer of 2005. Lenhart, originally from Tama, Iowa now resides in McCook with his wife Gail. |

Joe Reagan - Assistant Coach Comes to McCook Community College from William Penn University, where he spent two years as a student assistant and two years as a player. During Coach Reagan’s time at William Penn he was a head junior varsity coach and also assisted with the varsity team, in which that team won back to back conference titles and advanced to the NAIA National Tournament in Branson, Missouri. Reagan is in his first year as the head assistant coach at McCook Community College. Coach Reagan received a Bachelor of Arts in Physical Education with an emphasis in Sports Administration from William Penn University. Joe originally from Indianola, Iowa now resides in McCook.

Scott “Logan” Moyer- Student Assistant/Manager Logan is beginning his first year with McCook Community College Men’s Basketball Program. Logan comes to us from Cabridge, NE where he graduated from Cambridge High School in May of 2008. Logan was involved in football, basketball, and golf in high school. “We are very excited to have Logan as part of our Basketball Family, besides his obsession for Kansas Basketball, we love every minute we get to spend with Logan”, said Coach Lenhart! Logan has many responsibilities from, filming games and practices to helping us plan and organize our practices and games. Our Basketball Family is very fortunate to have such a quality individual in our program. Logan’s parents are Candy and Scott Moyer of Cambridge, NE. |
